Moving up to the first floor, you'll discover a delightful space that comprises two tastefully decorated bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom, a functional kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area. The first-floor bathroom is designed with the same attention to detail, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, and providing fresh towels and bed linen for your comfort. The kitchen on this level is also fully equipped, including all essentials except for a coffee machine and dishwasher due to our commitment to solar electricity. Just like the basement, the first floor benefits from the natural coolness, providing a welcome respite from the heat during hot summer days.

The first-floor balcony opens up to the north, treating you to picturesque views of Tuscany-like vineyards and pines. On the other side, a terrace facing south allows you to indulge in an outdoor kitchen experience, all while enjoying the captivating vistas of olive groves and fig trees
